Cake rolls. Delicate cloud sponge. Michelle incorporates French + Japanese technique to create this light, sponge that feels like you're eating a cloud! To put an asian twist, I've made some coconut rice mochi cream to go with whatever flavours you pick. It definitely compliments!

Napoleon done in Fleurre. Just imagine, twice-baked puff pastry with a layer of nut sponge ( no-nut option available ), filled with flavour of your choice, creamy custard. Crunchy and flaky on the outside, soft and indulgent on the inside.
A very good last minute order because due to popular request Michelle might have some backup for the day. Don't worry, still baked fresh and no overnight cakes are sold. As this is a very flaky and delicate cake, please have it on the day as it taste the best.

Nama cheesecake
You want something rich, but not an ice cream cake or a brownie. This is it.
A rich and gooey baked cheesecake bottom and a cold set rich milky nama chocolate on top. Nama chocolate is basically a rich chocolate ganache that goes on top of this cake. It's amazing.
Once you try this, you can't go back to a regular brownie.
