My background

I am going to be very honest.

I have 3 years of experience working in pastry. Along this journey, I have worked and learned from many celebrity chefs, and many french techniques that humbles me throughout this pastry journey. It was a great one, until it doesn't pay the bills.

I found a job that pays the bills, so this small business is an outlet for me to continue my passion and creativity. I have worked in big businesses to realise that, home bakers are very underrated. 

So I'm here to make a change. Baking from home, but still make high quality desserts and pastries for you. You want in FRESH, INDULGENT and DECADENT? Come to Fleurre.

A little letter... from me to you <3

I've started Fleurre because.... I love the craft but not the stress and push behind it. It makes everything..... not so pretty.

I don't like bulk made items, as well as overloading the freezer. So when I start this business, I just want to make everything FRESH with flour and butter.

Hence the name FLEURRE.

I make everything from scratch.

The jams, curds and filling goes into all the cake.

So if you have any special dietaries, please challenge me !

I know how costly going into this business can be if I work with someone, so its going to be a one man show. Everyone who orders in advance, I appreciate you.
